

In 1984, BJ Smith buys the showroom and renames it "BJ's Used Auto's" Eventually, Tommy Vercetti buys the showroom from him for $50,000 and begins to sell cars which him and his crew steal from the streets. Victor Vance could purchase vehicles from the showroom after completing certin tasks. The store was surrounded by a trailer park. In 1984, the showroom is located a little more north. There is also a Spray'n'go located under the showroom.

It is featured in both Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Sunshine Autos, also called the Sun Yard, is a car showroom that is located in Little Havana, Vice City.
